The project management team is normally based in Singapore to oversee the whole project, providing support to the site supervision team and assisting in resolving any conflicts with the shipyard, which is achieved through regular visits to the shipyard. For more complex projects and as by specific Client requirements, the responsible project manager will oversee the construction stage as the site project manager directly on site.
